Job Title: Finance Trainee

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Trainee to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in finance, accounting, taxation, and financial operations. The trainee will receive hands-on exposure to day-to-day finance activities while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Help process invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounting records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Maintain financial data in ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze financial data as required.




- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for finance-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform other finance and accounting tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates pursuing or completed M.com or MBA (Finance) will have an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
