Roles and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering a warm and caring patient experience while some of responsibilities are illustrated as follows :
- Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the patients' entry into the clinic, to their exit.
- Interact with & Counsel Patients.
- Handle Patients' grievances/complaints/issues and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.
- Create, maintain, & update Patients database on a regular basis.
- Efficient management of the Front Desk.
- Handle the clinic team, comprising of the PSE (s) & Accounts Executive(s).
- Multitask to ensure smooth clinic functioning.
- Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep of the clinic
Clinic Time:
Monday Friday 11am to 8pm
Saturday Sunday 10am to 9pm
1 weekly off between Monday to Friday (fixed off).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
