About the Role

Tora Health is revolutionizing primary healthcare by bringing the doctor’s clinic to the patient’s doorstep.

As a Nurse at Tora Health, you will be the "hands and eyes" of the doctor. You will visit patients at their homes, perform physical examinations using state-of-the-art smart medical devices, and facilitate real-time video consultations with senior MD doctors. This is a high-impact role that combines clinical expertise with cutting-edge health technology.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Demand Home Visits: Travel to patient locations within the area to provide prompt, primary clinical care.
- Clinical Examination: Perform comprehensive physical exams and check vital signs (BP, SpO2, Temperature, ECG, etc.).
- Smart Diagnostics: Operate digital medical devices (digital stethoscopes, otoscopes, and multi-parameter monitors) that stream real-time data to remote doctors.
- Tele-Facilitation: Set up and manage high-quality video consultations between the patient and the remote doctor.
- Documentation: Prepare digital patient reports and clinical notes via our internal platform to assist doctors in accurate diagnosis.
- Patient Education: Clearly explain the doctor’s instructions and prescriptions to the patient and their family.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Education: B.Sc Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery).
- Registration: Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a hospital (ER/ICU experience is a plus) or home healthcare setting.
- Tech-Savviness: Must be comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital diagnostic tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language to facilitate doctor-patient interactions.
- Mobility: Must have a valid two-wheeler license and a vehicle (preferred) for home visits.

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience) + Travel Allowances.
