The position demands proactive engagement in coordinating tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals, and overseeing the implementation process to deliver tailored software solutions that meet client requirements.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the SAP setting.
- Experience in managing end-to-end software development lifecycle activities.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to SAP utilities solutions.
