Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Finance to lead the organization's finance function. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of progressive experience in financial planning, accounting, controllership, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, and team leadership. The role requires strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to partner with senior leadership in driving financial performance and governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall finance and accounting function of the organization.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, tax, and corporate governance requirements.
- Oversee direct and indirect taxation, audits, and regulatory filings.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and banking relationships.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and risk management processes.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Lead ERP-driven finance operations (SAP/Oracle or equivalent ERP systems preferred).
- Mentor and develop the finance team while driving operational excellence.
- Support business expansion, mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence activities,



if applicable.

Required Skills

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 15+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Ind AS/IFRS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and business partnering.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Food and Beverages, Manufacturing.
- Exposure to multinational organizations or large Indian enterprises is preferred.
- Experience in managing large finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
