Learning & Development (L&D;) Manager

Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 8-12 Years | Qualification: BBM/MBA (HR Preferred) | Work Mode: WFO (5 Days)

Role Summary

LG Soft India is looking for an experienced L&D; Manager to drive organizational learning, capability development, leadership programs, and employee development initiatives. The role requires expertise in learning strategy, program management, LMS administration, stakeholder management, facilitation, and learning analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement learning and capability-building strategies aligned with business goals.

Design and facilitate leadership, behavioral, technical, and professional development programs.

Manage end-to-end learning programs, including planning, execution, vendor coordination, and evaluations.

Administer LMS, maintain learning records, and support certification initiatives.

Analyze learning data, prepare MIS/dashboard reports, and measure training effectiveness.

Drive employee development programs, learning campaigns, induction programs, and certification initiatives.

Collaborate with business leaders,



HR teams, training partners, and vendors to execute learning interventions.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.

Strong facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Advanced Excel and reporting skills with experience in data analytics.

Experience with LMS platforms and learning effectiveness measurement.

Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools and digital learning platforms.

Preferred experience in IT, Software, Engineering, or R&D; organizations.
