Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Executive role at Square Infosoft located in Surat. The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. As part of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth and building strong client relationships through effective communication and account management strategies.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Understand the Client Requirements
- Co-ordinate & communicate with client & technical team
- Need to communicate with international client
- Lead generation and client retention
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Ability to work with deadlines and achieve targets




- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest
- Identify new opportunities for growth within existing clients by suggesting suitable services
- Familiarizing and Promoting the company’s services to existing and new clients

Required Skills:

- Experience in lead generation for IT services
- Basic Knowledge of Mobile and Web Technology
- Good at understanding clients' objectives
- Should have knowledge about Upwork and LinkedIn
- Good analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Crafting business proposals and presenting to the new & existing clients
- A motivated self-driven, quick learner and work enthusiastic
