Big Star Cafe is a premium specialty coffee and culinary destination in Nanakramguda, Financial District, Hyderabad.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a hands-on Floor Manager / Shift Supervisor to oversee shift operations, lead our floor team, ensure table pacing, and maintain service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Floor Leadership: Direct shift workflow, manage table turnarounds, and maintain service quality during peak hours.
- Staff Roster & Supervision: Supervise floor captains, enforce grooming standards, and handle guest escalations.
- Audits & Cash Desk: Oversee opening/closing checklists and daily till reconciliations.
- Stock Monitoring: Track daily floor operational consumables, cutlery, and guest-service supplies.

Candidate Qualifications:

- 2 to 4 years of shift management experience in premium cafes or restaurants.




- Solid spoken English communication skills.
- Leadership agility in fast-paced operational environments.

Shift & Schedule:

- 10-Hour Scheduled Shift (9 Active Hours + 1 Hour Rest Interval).
- Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + duty beverages.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
