- Managed the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely and compliant bid submissions.
- Prepared and compiled technical and commercial bid documents in accordance with tender requirements.
- Coordinated the preparation and management of EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), bid security, and financial documentation.
- Collaborated with Finance, Operations, and Business teams to finalize pricing strategies and ensure compliance.
- Maintained a tender calendar, submission tracker, and bid status reports for effective monitoring.
- Ensured accuracy and completeness of all tender documentation to minimize disqualification risks.
- Responded to post-bid clarifications, technical queries, and additional documentation requests from clients.




- Analyzed tender specifications, eligibility criteria, and contractual terms before submission.
- Maintained records of submitted tenders, outcomes, and lessons learned to improve future bid success rates.
