Purchase Head – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end procurement for residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Manage procurement of construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, and services.
- Develop vendor relationships and conduct vendor evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and project budgets.
- Coordinate with project,



planning, finance, and site teams to meet procurement timelines.
- Monitor inventory, purchase orders, and material availability across projects.
- Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 12–18 years of procurement experience in the real estate/construction industry.
- Robust negotiation, vendor management, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
