Job Title: Picker/Packer

Department: Warehouse Operations

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Shift In-Charge

Job Summary

The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse inventory, packing them securely, and preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick items from warehouse shelves based on pick lists or handheld devices.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing.
- Pack products safely and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist with inventory counting, stock replenishment, and other warehouse activities as required.
- Handle products carefully to minimize loss or damage.

- Physically fit to stand, walk, lift, and move packages throughout the shift.

Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including overtime when required.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and carry packages as per company guidelines.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks during the shift.

- Follow safety and quality standards at all times.
- Maintain punctuality, regular attendance, and professional behavior.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
