Job Summary
We’re looking for a sharp, driven Influencer Marketing Manager to take charge of the entire Influencer Marketing department. This role isn’t just about running campaigns, it’s about leading from the front, owning end-to-end execution, and making sure every campaign hits hard and delivers real results. You’ll be the go-to for all things influencer, from strategy to negotiation to execution.
Roles and responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers through outreach and communication.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies
- Plan and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including briefs, timelines, and performance tracking
- Monitor campaign timelines and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Manage the budget allocated to influencer marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate compensation and terms with influencers to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer platforms
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance in all influencer communications
- Identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
