Personal Assistant – Sitara Talent

Sitara Talent is looking for a smart, organized, and confident Personal Assistant to work closely with the Founder & CEO and help manage daily operations, production coordination, and talent communication.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage production shoots and schedules
- Communicate with recruiters, casting teams, and production houses
- Help place agency talent in shoots, ads, web series, and projects
- Manage office operations and daily administrative work
- Handle calls, follow-ups, and client communication professionally
- Maintain artist databases and recruitment records
- Support the Founder & CEO in meetings, planning, and task management
- Create basic designs, posters, and social media creatives using Canva
- Assist during auditions, meetings, and production activities

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Telugu




- Basic knowledge of Canva editing and social media handling
- Organized, responsible, and quick learner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with teams
- Interest in media, casting, production, and talent management
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
