About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to join our D2C Growth team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals passionate about digital marketing, Meta advertising, e-commerce, and consumer brand growth.

The intern will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and brand growth for our cosmetics and beauty care products.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads Management

- Assist in setting up and managing Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Support campaign objectives such as Sales, Traffic, Leads, Engagement, and Brand Awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Track daily budgets, ad spend, and campaign metrics.

D2C Sales Growth

- Help drive online sales through targeted customer acquisition campaigns.
- Support customer journey optimization from ad click to purchase.
- Analyze customer behavior and purchasing trends.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve conversion rates and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Creative & Content Coordination

- Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives.
- Assist in creating compelling ad copies, captions, and promotional content.
- Participate in A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad formats.
- Research current beauty and cosmetics market trends.

Analytics & Reporting





- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs):
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CTR (Click Through Rate)
- CPC (Cost Per Click)
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- Conversion Rate
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and scaling.

Market Research

- Analyze competitor advertising strategies in the beauty and skincare industry.
- Research customer preferences and emerging beauty trends.
- Assist in identifying new audience segments and growth opportunities.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in D2C, E-commerce, Beauty, and Skin Care Brands.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (Completed or Pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva
- E-commerce platforms such as Shopify
