Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and manage shop-floor operations.
- Lead and coordinate production manpower to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
- Monitor product quality and maintain process standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Track machine performance and help improve production efficiency.
- Minimize production losses, material wastage, and downtime.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, 5S practices, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Solid leadership, team management, and communication skills.




- Ability to maintain production records and prepare reports.
