We're looking for motivated sales executives who enjoy talking to people, achieving targets, and growing with a fast-moving startup. Job Responsibilities Reach out to doctors using the lead sheet provided by Kodalic. Convert potential leads into paying clients for website development services. Communicate with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, or any ethical outreach method. Build relationships with potential clients and answer their questions. Maintain a daily sales report, including: Number of calls made Number of prospects contacted Interested leads Follow-ups completed Deals closed Consistently work toward monthly sales targets. Monthly Target Convert 10 clients per month from the lead sheet provided by the company. Performance and target achievement are the primary metrics for success. Incentives Fixed monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 Earn an additional ₹1,500 commission for every client closed above the monthly target of 10 clients. Salary growth opportunities based on consistent performance. Requirements Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Hindi communication skills are required.
