- Order Delivery: Picking up packages from warehouse/depot and delivering them safely to the recipient's location.
- Navigation & Routing: Planning the most efficient route to deliver multiple items within a designated area and timeframe.
- Package Handling: Sorting, loading, and unloading parcels into vehicles (bikes/bikes) and ensuring items remain undamaged.
- Documentation & Payment: Obtaining customer signatures (proof of delivery), updating app-based delivery records, and handling COD (Cash on Delivery) transactions.
- Customer Service: Acting as the face of the company, answering queries, and handling returns politely.
