Position: GRE / Reception Executive

We are looking for a friendly and professional GRE / Reception Executive to manage front office activities and provide excellent support to patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle patient interactions in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and guide patients, visitors, and attendants
- Handle patient registration, appointment booking, and token management
- Manage incoming calls and provide basic information about hospital services
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for patient flow
- Handle billing coordination, patient files, and front office records
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
- Support patients with queries, follow-ups, and appointment reminders
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process for patients
- Handle complaints politely and escalate issues when required
- Maintain daily reports related to appointments, patient visits,



and calls

Requirements

- Any Degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, or front office
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply
- Good communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi will be an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Ability to work in shifts and handle patient coordination

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability
- Experience in hospital front office will be an added advantage
