System Administrator / ICT Systems Administrator

Job Purpose

The System Administrator is responsible for maintaining the school’s computer systems, servers, networks, user accounts, and IT security to ensure smooth academic and administrative operations. In school settings, the role also supports teachers, office staff, labs, smart classrooms, and digital learning platforms.applitrack+2

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain school servers, computers, printers, Wi-Fi, switches, and other IT equipment.generalasp+1
- Create, modify, and delete staff and student user accounts, including permissions and access control.applitrack+1
- Support applications used in schools such as SIS, LMS, email, and Google Workspace / Active Directory where applicable.applitrack+1
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet issues for staff and students.applitrack+1
- Perform regular backups, recovery checks, and monitor system uptime.generalasp
- Install updates, patches, antivirus, and security controls to protect school data.applitrack+1

- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance,

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.applitrack+2
- Experience in system administration, school IT support, or network administration.applitrack+1
- Robust knowledge of Windows systems, networking, backups, and user management.applitrack+1
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.applitrack+1

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Google Workspace, Active Directory, Windows Server, SIS, and LMS.
- Knowledge of CCTV, firewall, antivirus, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to support classroom technology and staff training.
- Experience handling confidential student and staff data.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
