Job Descriptions:

- Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily paint shop activities to meet the production plan.
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of painters to achieve quality and productivity targets.
- Train and develop painters to enhance technical skills and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all painting activities comply with quality standards and complete required quality check sheets.
- Monitor manpower utilization, track productivity, and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain discipline and ensure effective workforce management.
- Implement and sustain 5S practices to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and promote a safe working culture.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve painting-related issues and minimize rework.





Desired Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

- Knowledge of industrial painting processes, surface preparation, and coating applications.
- Understanding of paint quality standards, inspection methods, and documentation.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to train and mentor shop floor employees.
- Good planning, coordination, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, safety practices, and workplace discipline.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic documentation and reporting skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
