Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution:

- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar projects for commercial and industrial clients.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.

- Team Coordination:





- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, logistics, and in office installation teams.

- Ensure alignment across all stakeholders to drive project milestones.

- Quality Assurance:

- Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols.

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues.

- Budget Management:

- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.

- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for ongoing projects.

- Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

- Implement contingency plans to ensure project continuity.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or equivalent technical background.

- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.

- Strong understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and installation processes.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CRM tools.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
