Work Description:-

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our Sales Team at PREPCA, Pune. This is a full-time on-site role where the selected candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by converting potential student leads into successful enrollments.

The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for conducting professional video calls, explaining our products and services, addressing queries, and providing a positive customer experience, all while meeting and exceeding sales targets, Your responsibilities includes but not limited to:-

Conduct professional video calls with prospective students to introduce PREPCA’s offerings, resolve their queries, and convert leads into enrollments—while maintaining high standards of communication and presentation.
- Drive sales performance by effectively communicating product features and benefits, closing deals, and consistently achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.




- Collaborate with the Sales Team to improve sales strategies, participate in regular training sessions, and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to deliver maximum value during conversations.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups, personalized guidance, and a solution-oriented approach to ensure a great customer journey.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism by following PREPCA's dress code policy during video interactions—this includes wearing a blazer and presenting a polished, confident appearance at all times.

Work Qualifications:-

- Should have Good communication skills both in Hindi and English.
- Should have good interpersonal skills.
- Should have excellent convencing skills.

Educational Qualification:- Graduation & above (MBA in HR preferred)
