We're looking for an experienced Training & Development Manager to strengthen our sales and operations teams through impactful learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs for Sales & Operations teams.
- Conduct induction, product, process, and soft skills training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and improve employee performance.
- Coordinate with business leaders to identify training needs.
- Drive continuous learning and capability development across the organization.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Insurance / Insurance Broking is mandatory.
- Solid communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
- Experience in onboarding and sales training will be an added advantage.
