Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, business development, and client relationship management skills with experience in B2B/SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM tools.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, and close high-value deals.
