Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Salesforce Developer (Agentforce) to join our growing team in a hands-on technical role. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Salesforce integrations, DevOps, and enterprise Salesforce development. This role requires technical leadership, solution ownership, and the ability to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, Apex, and LWC.
- Lead Salesforce development activities and drive enterprise-grade solution delivery.




- Build and manage integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Define and enforce coding standards, DevOps practices, governance, and security best practices.
- Review technical designs and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to Salesforce architecture and platform roadmap planning.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation standards.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, Agentforce capabilities, and emerging technologies.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification (Mandatory)

Important Notes

- 1+ Year of Agentforce experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
