We are looking for an experienced Manager – US Healthcare Recruitment to lead our recruitment team supporting US healthcare staffing. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in hiring for US healthcare roles (Nurses, Allied Health, Clinical/Non-clinical) and managing a team to achieve hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters specializing in US healthcare hiring
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client requirements
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles across the US
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of positions
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and hiring metrics
- Conduct training, mentoring, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare hiring standards
- Optimize sourcing channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment/Staffing
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial/lead role
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare roles (RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, etc.)
- Experience working with US clients and staffing models
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in night shifts
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ATS tools and VMS platforms
- Knowledge of travel nursing or permanent placement hiring
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to scale and build high-performing teams
