About The Role

- Ensure that statutory reporting is completed in compliance manner and on timely basis.
- Ensure that group reporting is completed in compliant manner and on timely basis.
- Ensure completion of limited review and audits with quality and controls on a timely basis.
Perform basic analysis on the financial statement

- How Will You Do It

- Finalize the results & statutory audit of BIL on quarterly basis and on yearly basis (including liaison with Deloitte)
- Prepare for Board meeting, ACM, AGM, Analyst Meet
- Handle Risk management (Analysis and meeting presentation)
- Ensure adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (with Hub)
- Support Group Reporting and audit
- Provide support in terms of Non trade portal
- Prepare Financial statement review




- Complete Financial reporting compliance cycle for local controls
- Prepare the Corporate Governance folder on quarterly basis for BIL Board reporting
Handle financial reporting for BASF group companies including GL Monitoring, Audit ( including liaison with Deloitte) , MIS and Group Reporting support to HUB

- What We Look For

- Edu c a t i o n: Chartered Accountant
- W o r k in g Experience: 10 years+ (experience with MNC & /or Big 4 audit firms is a must)
T e c hn i c a l & Qualified Knowledge: Up-to-date and Expert know-how of Indian and IFRS accounting standards and local regulations (e.g, Companies Act, Listing Agreement etc.)
