Our destination-led shop-in-shop model offers construction and home improvement brands a unique platform to showcase their products while reaching both B2B and retail customers.
About the Role
We are looking for a procurement professional who can build strong vendor relationships, negotiate competitive commercial terms, and ensure efficient sourcing for DJ Infra Mart.
This role requires excellent negotiation skills and a strong understanding of procurement processes within the construction and building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, and distributors.
- Source products at competitive commercial terms.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Compare quotations and recommend the best sourcing options.
- Coordinate purchase orders and supplier documentation.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for smooth product availability.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor databases.
- Support current product sourcing based on market demand.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of procurement or vendor management experience.
- Experience in construction materials or building products preferred.
- Strong negotiation and commercial understanding.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is an advantage.
