Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Store Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in retail sales and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their product requirements.
- Demonstrate products and provide suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock audits.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.

Requirements:





- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent). A Diploma in Retail Management is an added advantage.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Retail Sales, preferably in Apparel, Electronics, Consumer Durables, Furniture, Jewellery, Footwear, Lifestyle, or FMCG Retail.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
