- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve branch targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and institutional partners.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations and target achievement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Education sector (EdTech/Education) experience is mandatory.
- Candidates without education sector experience will not be considered.
- Proven experience in handling and leading a sales team.
- Solid communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
