Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, job postings, mass hiring coordination, candidate sourcing, and recruitment operations while ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and databases.
- Create and publish job postings on multiple job portals and social platforms.
- Perform mass mailing and bulk candidate communication for hiring drives.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate offer roll-out and onboarding activities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Generate recruitment reports and MIS as required.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Experience in recruitment operations, job posting, and mass hiring activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience in IT/Non-IT hiring is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹19,381.36 - ₹35,986.33 per month
