We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing
- Digital marketing / agency experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Manage lead generation, conversion, traffic, and awareness campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting
- Manage advertising budgets effectively
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaigns
- Track conversions and analyze campaign performance
- Prepare monthly performance reports and insights
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad requirements




- Handle multiple client advertising accounts
