Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through architects, consultants, contractors, builders, developers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Promote the company's portfolio of LED, architectural, commercial, industrial, decorative, and outdoor lighting solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations for clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support.

Required Qualifications

- 3–8 years of sales experience in the lighting, electrical, switchgear,



building materials, or construction industry.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and project sales.
- Strong network with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and channel partners is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
