About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to transform raw footage into compelling visual stories. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of editing techniques, motion graphics, sound design, and social media content formats. You will work closely with the creative, photography, and client servicing teams to deliver high-quality videos that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, corporate films, events, and promotional content.
- Assemble raw footage into engaging, polished videos with seamless transitions, sound effects, music, and graphics.
- Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, and visual effects where required.
- Perform color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement to improve video quality.
- Create platform-specific content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and content creators to understand project requirements and creative direction.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Organize and maintain project files, assets, and editing workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, techniques, and platform requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Editing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).




- 1-3 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Audition is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual composition.
- Experience editing both long-form and short-form videos.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in an advertising, branding, digital marketing, or creative agency.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools and workflows.
- Basic understanding of video production and camera techniques.
