Operations Coordinator must oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the Organisation, ensuring smooth operation by coordinating facility maintenance, supervising the teaching staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and facilitating communication between departments, all while working closely with the Organisation Management to create a safe and effective working workplace.
Key responsibilities of an Operations Coordinator include:
· Facility management:
Overseeing requirements of material in client schools.
· Logistics management:
Managing transportation logistics for Material to be dispatched to Client Schools, or material Required for Teachers Training etc.
· Staff management:
Supervising faculties deployed in our client schools.
· Compliance management:
Ensuring adherence to all Systems and Processes laid down by the organisation.
· Communication coordination:
Facilitating communication between School, Faculties, Organisation.
· Policy implementation:
Supporting the implementation of our policies and procedures.
· Reporting and analysis:
Providing regular reports to our Management on operational performance and identifying areas for improvement.
