Job description:

Preferring - Male/Female Candidate

Education Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or International Business (BIBF).

* Knowledge in export documentation (LCs, invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin)

* Familiarity with INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and international trade compliance

* Knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools

* Awareness of foreign exchange regulations and payment terms

* Strong coordination skills with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, and banks

* Ability to manage export schedules, shipment tracking, and documentation accuracy

* Excellent communication skills for liaising with overseas clients and internal teams





* Analytical ability to handle pricing, duty structures, and cost optimization

* Problem-solving mindset for handling delays, compliance issues, or claims

* Ensure adherence to DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) guidelines

* Supervise export team operations and ensure timely shipments
Coordinate with banks for export payment realisation, Bank Realisation Certificate (e-BRC), and export payment reconciliation
