- Raw materials, in-process items, and finished fabricated components
- This includes dimensional inspection using precision measuring instruments (callipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM)
2. Welding Quality Control
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of welds to ensure compliance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
- Relevant codes/standards.
3. Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports
- Quality documentation
4. Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the fabrication line using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, FMEA, 8D problem-solving) to optoptimisemize processes and reduce scrap/rework
5. Compliance and Auditing
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems
- Project Hand
- R.M., T.C , Cutting, M/C, Bending , Rolling etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
