RequirementsKey Responsibilties:-
Enterprise DevOps Strategy & Governance
- Define, drive, and govern enterprise DevOps roadmap and maturity model.
- Establish DevSecOps practices aligned with compliance and audit requirements.
- Standardize CI/CD, release governance, workplace strategy, and automation frameworks across business units.
- Lead cloud transformation initiatives across multi-cloud environments.
CI/CD & Azure DevOps Architecture
- Architect complex, scalable CI/CD pipeline ecosystems in Azure DevOps/Jenkins, AWS/GCP
- Define branching strategies, release workflows, artifact management, and environment promotion models.
- Implement automated testing, quality gates, security scanning, and compliance validation.
- Optimize pipeline performance, reusability, and governance at scale.
- Hands-on architecture and delivery experience across multiple CSP’s. Azure is a must, AWS/GCP
- Design resilient, scalable, and cost-optimized hybrid cloud solutions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).
- Lead containerization and orchestration strategy (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and observability frameworks. DevOps for COTS Platforms
- Establish DevOps frameworks for enterprise COTS applications including Salesforce, Temenos, IBM enterprise suites, Snowflake etc.
- Design CI/CD automation, versioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines for packaged systems.
- Implement environment provisioning and release orchestration strategies specific to COTS platforms.
- Integrate COTS solutions with enterprise DevSecOps toolchains.
Extensive hands-on experience with most or all of the following:
- Source Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab
- CI/CD: Azure DevOps, AWS, GCP, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- IaC & Configuration: Terraform, ARM Templates, Ansible, CloudFormation
- Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
- Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Dynatrace
- Security: SAST/DAST tools, secrets management, container security
- Artifact Management: Nexus, Artifactory
- Lead, mentor, and scale DevOps and platform engineering teams.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and application teams.
- Present technical strategy and architecture to executive stakeholders.
- Drive cultural shift toward automation, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.
- Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics for DevOps effectiveness.
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in DevOps leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Azure DevOps/Jekins pipeline architecture and governance, AWS/GCP
- Proven multi-cloud implementation experience.
- Demonstrated experience implementing DevOps for enterprise COTS platforms.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
