Job Description: CRM Executive

Position: CRM Executive

Experience Required: 1–2 years

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.

Handle leads generated through online platforms such as Justdial, IndiaMART, GeM Portal, and other B2B/B2C portals.

Coordinate with the sales team to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and online portals.

Manage product listings, inquiries, and quotations on online marketplaces and portals.

Support e-commerce marketing activities, including coordinating online promotions and campaigns.

Monitor portal performance and generate reports on leads, conversions, and customer interactions.

Ensure accurate documentation and maintain records of customer communications.





Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or e-commerce operations.

Experience handling Justdial, IndiaMART, GeM Portal, and other online business portals.

Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and lead management.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.

Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience in online lead generation and digital customer engagement is an advantage.

Languages: English, Hindi, and Tamil

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
