Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer – .NET Core & React with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend, backend, database, and integration layers. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in .NET Core, React.js, SQL Server, and REST APIs, with the ability to convert business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using .NET Core and React.js.
- Build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces and reusable UI components.
- Design and develop secure backend services, APIs, and business logic.
- Create and optimize REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Design, manage, and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, QA, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and support stable deployments.




- Manage source code using Git/Azure DevOps and follow version control best practices.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Provide regular progress updates, realistic effort estimates, and post-deployment support.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Hands-on experience in React.js (Angular knowledge is an added advantage)
- Positive knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and query optimization
- Experience in REST API development & integration
- Familiarity with Git / Azure DevOps version control
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of software development best practices and clean coding principles
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Azure/AWS, Authentication & Authorization is an added advantage

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack web development
- Experience working in a product-based or fast-paced development environment preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
