- Perform production, assembly, and manufacturing activities as per standard operating procedures.
- Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assemble components accurately according to work instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area (5S practices).
- Report machine issues, defects, or production delays to the supervisor.
- Follow company safety guidelines and wear the required PPE.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality.
- Assist in material handling, packing, and labeling of finished products.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts and as part of a team.
- Follow attendance, discipline, and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement activities assigned by the supervisor.
