Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously refining solutions to meet evolving requirements. The engineer actively oversees the progress of tasks, addresses challenges promptly, and ensures that the applications align with organizational goals and client expectations.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the planning and execution of application customization efforts to meet project objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration management.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within customized software environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for custom application development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
