Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using modern LLMs, AI agents, document intelligence, OCR, enterprise search, and the Microsoft technology stack.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building production AI solutions such as AI assistants, document processing platforms, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, intelligent search, workflow automation, and enterprise AI applications.

Required Skills & Experience

AI & LLM Experience

- Experience building production AI applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or similar models
- Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration
Experience with RAG, semantic search, embeddings, and vector databases
- Experience building document processing and information extraction pipelines
- Understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, and structured AI outputs

Development Experience





- Strong experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Experience developing scalable APIs and backend services
- Experience with Angular, React, or modern web frameworks
- Robust SQL and database design experience
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Experience

- LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
- OCR, document intelligence, and computer vision solutions
- Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, or similar platforms
- Multi-agent systems and workflow automation
- Kubernetes and scalable AI infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise AI applications from concept to production
- Build AI agents, AI assistants, and workflow automation solutions
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines and enterprise search solutions
- Implement document extraction, OCR, and document intelligence workflows
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing business applications
- Evaluate and deploy open-source and commercial AI models
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify and deliver AI solutions
