Experience:

2.5 to 4 years of relevant experience in Australian Mortgage Processing (Mandatory) Strong understanding of the Australian home loan application process. Roles:

Prepare, review, and lodge Australian home loan applications through aggregator platforms such as Mercury, MyCRM, Salestrekker, or similar. Review client documents including payslips, bank statements, tax returns, identification documents, and financial records for completeness and lender compliance. Coordinate with Australian mortgage brokers, lenders, and clients via email and phone throughout the loan process. Track loan applications and proactively follow up on conditional approvals, outstanding requirements, and settlements.



Maintain accurate records and update CRM/aggregator systems throughout the loan lifecycle. Ensure all documentation complies with Australian lending guidelines and regulatory requirements, including the NCCP Act. Coordinate with valuers, solicitors, and conveyancers to facilitate smooth loan settlements. Resolve broker and client queries promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Ensure timely turnaround of loan files while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline Finance, Commerce, or Banking background preferred Valuable knowledge of Australian lending documentation and compliance requirements.
