Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented HR People Development qualified to design, implement, and manage employee learning, development, engagement, and performance improvement initiatives.

- HR Analytics & Reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR Business Partner roles.
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
- Construction and Builders industry experience is preferred
