Just Cocon is a new professional coconut harvesting service in Kozhikode. Homeowners and small farms cannot find reliable climbers, so their coconuts rot on the tree. We are building a trained, insured, on-call climbing team with WhatsApp booking and same-week service. This is our first hire. You will build the ground operation from day one and grow with it.

What you will own

- Recruit, train and retain a squad of 4 trained climbers, scaling to 15. Source from Coconut Development Board "Friends of Coconut Tree" certified lists, panchayat networks and referrals.
- Plan daily route schedules — assign climbers, sequence jobs by locality, keep the electric pickup fully utilised.
- Run the WhatsApp booking desk. Every enquiry answered within 15 minutes. Every slot confirmed. Every customer followed up after service.
- Collect payment on site, reconcile cash and UPI daily, and submit a daily numbers report.
- Handle every customer complaint and re-visit personally. Nothing stays unresolved past 24 hours.
- Enforce safety without exception — gear checks before every climb, insurance cover current, no unsafe climbs. A climber injury shuts the business down.
- Generate local demand on the ground:



panchayat contacts, residents’ associations, shop tie-ups, leaflet drops — alongside our online ads.
- Report weekly: jobs completed, revenue, cost per booking, climber attendance, repeat-customer rate.

You must have

- 3+ years running field teams or field service — agricultural inputs, dairy or Milma, microfinance or NBFC field collections, LPG or courier last-mile, or FMCG distribution.
- Fluent Malayalam. Working English or Hindi.
- Two-wheeler with a valid licence. Willing to be on the road daily, including some Saturdays.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and a phone-based job app.
- Strong local knowledge of Kozhikode panchayats and roads.

Valuable to have

- B.Sc Agriculture or a diploma in agriculture.
- Experience with coconut, plantation crops or farm labour.
- Existing relationships with tree climbers or agricultural labour groups.
- Experience launching a new branch, route or territory from scratch.

Pay: ₹336,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
