Job Summary:
As the Manager - Food & Beverage, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the food and beverage operations within our cinema/multiplex facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction, while also driving revenue and profitability in the F&B; department.
Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive, data-driven F&B; strategies in collaboration with senior management.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for menu innovation and revenue growth.
Align F&B; strategies with the overall business goals and customer preferences.
Operational Management:
Implement efficient workflow processes to optimize productivity in areas such as order processing, food preparation, and service delivery.
Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
Menu Development:
Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to create diverse and appealing menus catering to different audience demographics.
Regularly review and update menus to incorporate seasonal offerings, trending items, and customer feedback.
Ensure that menu items align with dietary preferences and cultural considerations of the cinema/multiplex audience
