We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized CRM Intern to support our client servicing and business development efforts.

About the Internship

As a CRM Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in managing client relationships, maintaining CRM data, coordinating with prospects and clients, and supporting the agency's sales and account management functions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is highly organized, and wants to build a career in client servicing, marketing, or business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
- Coordinate with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with leads.
- Assist in lead generation and database management.
- Support the client servicing team with project coordination.
- Prepare reports and maintain communication records.




- Work closely with the sales and creative teams to ensure smooth client communication.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Is confident speaking with clients over phone and email.
- Is well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Is eager to learn and work in a rapid-paced agency workplace.
