About the Job:

As a Creative Delivery Head, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects across the company. This role requires a combination of creative vision, leadership, project management, and execution excellence. You will oversee designers, video editors, content creators, and creative workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual and brand assets. Your responsibility will include maintaining creative consistency, improving team productivity, and ensuring all creative outputs align with business goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across branding, marketing, product, and social media initiatives.
- Oversee the creative team including graphic designers, video editors, motion designers, and content creators to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain creative workflows, review systems, and quality standards for all deliverables.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand identity, business goals, and user engagement objectives.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, HR, and leadership teams to understand creative requirements and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, resource allocation, and delivery schedules effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and guidance to creative team members to improve output quality and skill development.




- Drive innovation by exploring new design trends, storytelling techniques, AI tools, and creative technologies.
- Monitor creative performance and continuously improve processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain consistency across websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and product visuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in creative leadership, creative project management, or delivery management roles.
- Strong understanding of branding, graphic design, content creation, and digital media workflows.
- Experience managing creative teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality creative standards.
- Ability to balance creativity with execution and deadlines.
- Familiarity with contemporary creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in SaaS, tech startups, or digital product companies.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and digital marketing creatives.
- Exposure to AI-powered creative tools and automation workflows.
- Experience managing remote or hybrid creative teams.
- Understanding of video production, motion graphics, or social media content strategies is a plus.
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance-driven creative optimization.
