Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales plans.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, service, and operations teams to improve customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
